New England Advocacy Collaborative: Your view into New England's legislative environment

« View All News

Aug 1, 2011 —

The New England region, in many ways, offers much to all who live and work in one or more of the region's contiguous states. While we're able to boast of the many fine qualities indigenous to the area, we're also very aware that the region is considered to be one of the more competitive sections of the country.

Through a strong working relationship between our six CPA Society organizations, we've recognized the importance of not only the happenings in our individual states, but also what's going on throughout the region.

That said, we're bringing to our members (of which, collectively, there are 22,500) an opportunity to see and share matters affecting us in each of our states. Legislative efforts germane to taxation, regulatory changes under consideration, as well as the overall political climate, are of primary importance given the potential impact on all businesses and individuals. Therefore, the focus of the New England Advocacy Collaborative will offer a review and summary of these pertinent issues reverberating throughout the New England region.
