At Polhemus, we’re searching for a driven, and experienced Chief Financial Officer to manage the finance and human resources department, serve as a member of executive leadership for the organization, and help guide the business as it continues to expand. As our CFO, you’ll take charge of our Finance and HR department responsibilities. You will manage our senior accountant and be a key member of our executive management leadership team. You will be valued throughout our organization as a critical administrative contributor. Your leadership and financial skills in a dynamic environment are what’s important, we’ll get you up to speed in the specifics of our business.

What You'll Do:
• Lead your department and assigned areas of the organization including:
o Financial reporting and general ledger
o Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
o Cash Management & Banking Relationships
o Human Resources & Personnel Administration
o Retirement Plan & Payroll Administration
o Benefits Administration & Federal/State Taxes Responsibilities
o Cost Accounting and Product Pricing
o Export Compliance
• Follow and enforce all ISO 9001-2015 established policies, procedures, and recognized practices
• Team with management peers to ensure organizational goals are met
• Be accountable to the President for the success of your department and organizational responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and CPA
• 10+ years of experience
• Background in Public Accounting preferred
• Supervisory and leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
